Moisturising Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant with natural skin-conditioning properties that balance and hydrate skin. It also helps protect skin cells against ageing and strengthens the skin's barrier against environmental toxins. Its natural skin-conditioning properties help keep your lips soft thanks to the lipophilic and oil-loving Nature that replenishes the skin's natural oils, helping to maintain this natural barrier. Vitamin E supports collagen production, leaving skin feeling nourished while replenishing its natural oils to keep skin looking (and feeling!) soft and smooth. Candelilla Wax (a plant-based wax and a suitable vegan alternative to beeswax) hydrates dry skin to look smoother. High in fatty acid, nutrients and resin, it's quick absorbing and very emollient, so ideal for soothing chapped lips and helping provide incredible gloss for dry lips! Candelilla Wax is also non-comedogenic, so it won't clog pores and contains Vitamin A, which promotes cell regeneration that protects against sunspots and ageing skin and is an excellent ingredient for the delicate skin on your lips. Synthetic beeswax is a blend of fatty acid esters, fatty acids, and alcohols with a similar texture to natural beeswax. It makes lip product formulations creamier and easier to apply and helps keep the delicate skin on your lips moisturised by creating a barrier that reduces water loss.
