But these two words can imply failure before you’ve even begun! Instead of using the words ‘Should’ and ‘Need’, try replacing them with ‘Can’ and ‘Will’ 👏
When you notice that you’re speaking negatively to yourself…
…rephrase what you just said in a way you would say it if you were talking to a friend and trying to motivate them 💕
Now say it back to yourself.
